The technical architecture of Reezom AI is distributed as follows:

  • Marketing Website (reezom.ai): Hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
  • Application and Computing Servers (app.reezom.ai): Hosted in France (Paris Region) by Google Cloud France (Google Ireland Limited), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

3. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Reezom AI is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

Data Collected: We only collect the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service (email address, user's first/last name, and the composition of the financial asset portfolio submitted for analysis).

Purposes: This data is used exclusively to generate the risk map of your portfolio, send you targeted email alerts in the event of systemic impacts, and analyze application usage to improve our features.

Subcontractors: For operational technical needs, data passes through highly secure and encrypted subcontractors: Supabase (access management and authentication) and Neo4j Aura (graph database engine). No data is sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes with third parties.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority at cnil.fr).

4. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, graphics, logos, supply-chain graph visualizations, interfaces) present on the site and the application are the exclusive property of Reezom AI. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of this site, by any means whatsoever, without the express permission of the publisher is prohibited.

5. Investment Recommendations & Conflicts of Interest (MAR / MiFID II)

5.1. No Personalized Advice (MiFID II)

The ratings, assessments, and stock recommendations (notably the mentions "very positive", "positive", "neutral", "negative", "very negative") provided on the application are generated in an automated, standardized, and uniform manner for all users.

Reezom AI does not provide any personalized investment advice within the meaning of the European MiFID II directive and the French Monetary and Financial Code. The analyses do not take into account the financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance of the users. Under no circumstances do they constitute an incitement to buy, sell, or arbitrage financial instruments.

5.2. Compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation — MAR (EU No 596/2014)

In accordance with Article 20 of the MAR regulation and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958 regarding the objective presentation of investment recommendations:

  • Producer: Recommendations are generated in an automated manner by Reezom AI via its proprietary algorithmic models.
  • Timestamping & Nature: Each recommendation is precisely dated and timestamped at the time of its display. Ratings result from financial, qualitative, and quantitative evaluation models (distinguishing hard facts from forward-looking estimates).
  • History: The history of signals and recommendations issued is kept for a period of 12 months.

5.3. Transparency, Portfolios & Conflicts of Interest

In accordance with Article 6 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958, Reezom AI applies a strict transparency policy:

  • Disclosure of Positions: The updated list of financial instruments and stocks personally held by the founders and executives of Reezom AI is freely accessible on the Portfolio Disclosure & Transparency page.
  • Model Independence: The analysis algorithms operate in a neutral manner and are completely independent of the positions held privately by the team.
  • No Third-Party Remuneration: Reezom AI does not receive any direct or indirect remuneration from the companies or issuers of the stocks analyzed on the platform.

5.4. Market Risk Warning

Investing in financial instruments (especially stocks) involves a high risk of capital loss. Past performance or algorithmic simulations are not indicative of future results. The user remains solely responsible for the financial decisions they make.
